As part of a larger rebranding effort, Zello, a frontline communications app, was looking to revamp its website to better align with a shift in focus towards enterprise business. In addition to contributing to voicing, messaging, and copy for the website project, I oversaw an expansion of content efforts. Drawing from a mix of SEO goals and customer insights gleaned from collaboration with product teams and customer interviews, I created an editorial strategy, standardized publication processes, collaborated with designers, and managed vendors to expand the content subject area and type.
